BURI — From Factory Floor to Fashion Brand

BURI: From Factory Floor to Fashion Brand

From Zero Digital Presence to 1.2M BDT in Sales in Three Months

No website. No followers. No brand. Just a factory full of great clothes and a phone call to us. Three months later — 1.2M BDT in sales, cost per purchase slashed from $6.3 to $3.1, and a brand people actually know.

The Overview

There was never a doubt whether BURI could make exceptional apparel. The question was whether they could find an audience in the local market and sell to them. They had the thread — they needed a strategy.

At Agency With No Name, that's exactly the kind of brief we live for. A blank canvas, a real product, and a three-month runway to prove a brand could exist.

The Challenge: Building From Zero

01

No Digital Footprint

No website, no followers, no brand recognition. A factory full of great apparel — and zero infrastructure to sell it online.

02

Audience From Scratch

BURI had the thread, but no one knew the name. We had to build a buyer base from cold traffic in a saturated fashion market.

03

Production Delays

Stock arrived late — sometimes very late. The winter collection landed with just 7 days left in the season. Most brands would have written it off.

The Strategy: A Full-Stack Launch

01

Built the Shop Before Stocking the Shelves

We researched what the best fashion brands get right online and built BURI's website from scratch — site design, brand voice, product setup, and ongoing technical upkeep. Every step of the journey from homepage to checkout was engineered so customers never had a reason to leave.

02

Content That Earns the Scroll

Built Facebook and Instagram from the ground up with a deliberate mix: static posts for trust, short-form reels for seasonal drops, long-form reels for brand storytelling, themed photoshoots for winter and spring, and carousel albums to showcase range. Every post had a purpose, planned weeks ahead.

03

Media Buying as a System, Not Guesswork

Started broad to find the buyers, narrowed down to high-intent audiences, then retargeted at every funnel stage with the right message. Synchronised paid spend with seasonal drops and Eid to make every taka earn its keep.

04

Offline → Online Loop

Every in-store buyer walked out with a coupon for the website. Getting a new customer to buy is hard — getting one who already trusts the product to buy again is the easiest sale in retail.

The Execution: Right Campaign, Right Moment

Buy 4, get 30% off

Simple, appealing, and timed to Eid-ul-Fitr when buying intent peaks. Lifted basket size across the board.

7 days, full clearance

Late stock met city-wide winter events — putting BURI in front of the right crowd at the right moment to move the entire season's inventory.

Built, sorted, activated

We built and categorised an influencer database from scratch, paired with a 15% discount code, and kept momentum running between drops.

Spend 1,999৳, save the fee

A small threshold doing two jobs: removing checkout friction and nudging customers to add one more item. Simple mechanic, real lift on AOV.

The Verdict: Production Prowess Meets Brand Power

Every fashion brand in Bangladesh has access to the same platforms, the same ad tools, the same influencers. What they don't all have is a team that understands how fashion actually sells — seasonally, emotionally, urgently. BURI went from zero to a recognised brand with real sales numbers because we knew what levers to pull and when.

You can't always control when the clothes show up. But you can control how fast you move when they do. That's the difference.
